Twaalf HOFJESWONINGEN als langgerekt blok aan de oostzijde van het binnenterrein gelegen, ondergebracht op een rechthoekige plattegrond, met daarop één bouwlaag met een schilddak, bedekt met blauwe Hollandse pannen. Voor de woningen liggen kleine tuintjes, door heggen begrensd.
De architectuur is uitermate sober. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit een rode baksteen. Een iets donkere baksteen vormt de plint. Een gootlijst op klossen vormt de overgang naar het hellende dak, waarop zes schoorstenen staan.
De symmetrische voorgevel van het woningenblok wordt door de vensters en de deuren geleed. Iedere woning heeft één deur en één venster. Van de buitenste woningen zijn de deuren aan de uiteinden van de gevel geplaatst. De overige deuren zijn twee aan twee gekoppeld. De houten deuren zijn verticaal geprofileerd en voorzien van een tweedelig bovenlicht. De schuifvensters zijn van het type 3x(1+2).
Op het dak bevinden zich twaalf dakkapellen met dubbele vensters en kruisvormige roedenverdeling. De dakkapellen hebben een geprofileerde daklijst en een plat dak.
De symmetrische achtergevel omvat per woning een achterdeur met bovenlicht en een kleine uitbouw met plat dak. Deze uitbouwen zijn twee aan twee geplaatst, met uitzondering van de twee buitenste woningen.
De linker zijgevel is identiek aan de rechterzijgevel. Deze gevels zijn blind en uitermate sober vormgegeven.
Het interieur van de woningen is sober. De indeling van de ruimten is nauwelijks gewijzigd. Een smalle gang geeft toegang tot de daarachter gelegen keuken. Naast de gang bevindt zich de enige kamer van de woning. De bovenverdieping bestond aanvankelijk enkel uit zolderruimte. Later zijn hier veelal kleine kamers in aangebracht.

Twelve ALMSHOUSES arranged as an elongated block on the eastern side of the inner courtyard, built on a rectangular floor plan, comprising one storey with a hipped roof, covered with blue Dutch tiles. Small gardens, bordered by hedges, lie in front of the dwellings.
The architecture is extremely austere. The facades are constructed of red brick. A slightly darker brick forms the plinth. A gutter moulding on corbels forms the transition to the sloping roof, on which six chimneys stand.
The symmetrical front facade of the block of dwellings is articulated by the windows and doors. Each dwelling has one door and one window. The doors of the outermost dwellings are placed at the ends of the facade. The remaining doors are coupled in pairs. The wooden doors are vertically profiled and furnished with a two-part fanlight. The sash windows are of the type 3x(1+2).
On the roof are twelve roof dormers with double windows and cruciform glazing bars. The roof dormers have a profiled roof moulding and a flat roof.
The symmetrical rear facade comprises, for each dwelling, a rear door with fanlight and a small extension with flat roof. These extensions are placed in pairs, with the exception of the two outermost dwellings.
The left side facade is identical to the right side facade. These facades are blank and extremely austere in design.
