Zes HOFJESWONINGEN, als langgerekt blok aan de Pothstraat gelegen; ondergebracht op een rechthoekige plattegrond met daarop één bouwlaag met een schilddak evenwijdig aan de staat, bedekt met rode Hollandse pannen. Het koetshuis staat in dezelfde rooilijn als het woningenblok, heeft eveneens één bouwlaag, maar bezit een zadeldak, dat haaks op de Pothstraat is gericht. Tegen het koetshuis staat een manshoge muur. Aan de achterzijde van het woningenblok zijn drie kleine houten uitbouwen met lessenaarsdak geplaatst.
De architectuur van zowel woningblok als koetshuis is uitermate sober. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit een rode baksteen. Een iets donkerder baksteen vormt het trasraam. Een gootlijst op klossen vormt de overgang naar het schilddak, waarop de nok drie schoorstenen staan. Geprofileerde gootlijst op klossen.
De symmetrische voorgevel van het woningblok wordt door vensters en deuren geleed. Iedere woning (tweebeukig) heeft één deur en één venster. Van de buitenste woningen zijn de deuren aan de uiteinden van de gevel geplaatst. De overige deuren zijn twee aan twee gekoppeld. De (stroken) deuren zijn verticaal geprofileerd en voorzien van een tweedelig bovenlicht. De schuifvensters zijn van het type 3x(1+2).
De symmetrische voorgevel van het koetshuis bestaat voor het grootste gedeelte uit een grote uitsparing, die door een segmentboog met jaarsteen '1894' wordt overspannen. In de uitsparing zijn dubbele verticaal geprofileerde deuren geplaatst met twee kleine ruitvormige uitsparingen.
De symmetrische achtergevel van het woningenblok omvat per woning een achterdeur, een dubbel venster met kruisvormige roedenverdeling en daarnaast de helft van een uitbouw met lessenaarsdak. Op het dak bevinden zich vier dakkapellen eveneens met dubbele vensters met kruisvormige roedenverdeling. De dakkapellen hebben een geprofileerde daklijst en een plat dak.
De iets teruggelegen symmetrische achtergevel van het koetshuis is blind op een vierkant dubbel luik na. Dit luik deed dienst om de kist vanaf het binnenterrein in de koets te kunnen plaatsen. Verder vormen drie muurankers een driehoek in de topgevel.
De linker zijgevel vormt de scheidingsmuur met het woonblok.
De rechter zijgevel grenst aan een smalle steeg. De gevel is blind. In de smalle zijde van het lessenaarsdak is een dakkapel geplaatst.
Het interieur van de woningen is sober. De indeling van de ruimten is nauwelijks gewijzigd. Een smalle gang geeft toegang tot de daarachter gelegen keuken. Naast de gang bevindt zich de enige kamer van de woning. De bovenverdieping bestond aanvankelijk enkel uit zolderruimte.

Six ALMSHOUSE DWELLINGS, arranged as an elongated block at the Pothstraat; situated on a rectangular plan with one storey and a hipped roof parallel to the street, covered with red Dutch tiles. The coach house stands in the same building line as the housing block, also has one storey, but possesses a gabled roof, which is perpendicular to the Pothstraat. Against the coach house stands a man-height wall. At the rear of the housing block are three small wooden extensions with lean-to roofs.
The architecture of both housing block and coach house is extremely austere. The facades are constructed of red brick. A slightly darker brick forms the window surround.
