Omschrijving
De VEESTAL van boerderijcomplex Buitenrust is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met de nok haaks op de weg. Het linkerdakschild (ZW) is gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen, op het rechterdakschild (NO) liggen gesmoorde, zwartgeglazuurde en rode Hollandse pannen. De in rode baksteen opgetrokken gevels hebben een gecementeerde plint en zijn voorzien van muurankers op halve gevelhoogte. De voor- (ZO) en achtergevel (NW) hebben een met smalle staande rabatdelen beklede geveltop met rechte windveren. In de geveltop van de voorgevel een opgeklampt laadluik met drieruits bovenlicht.
De linkerzijgevel (ZW) is in het midden voorzien van een opgeklampte dubbele deur met rechts hiervan een tweeruits stalvenster.
Onderin de rechterzijgevel (NO) bevinden zich drie met luiken afsluitbare muuropeningen waarvan er twee uitkomen in een tegen de linker helft van de gevel aangebouwd dubbel varkenshok van beton.
De achtergevel heeft in het midden van de begane grond een drieruits stalvenster.

Description
The CATTLE SHED of the Buitenrust farmstead complex is built on a rectangular footprint and comprises one storey under a gabled roof with the ridge at right angles to the road. The left roof slope (SW) is covered with red Dutch tiles, on the right roof slope (NE) are smothered, black-glazed and red Dutch tiles. The façades, constructed in red brick, have a cemented plinth and are fitted with ornamental wall anchors at half façade height. The front (SE) and rear façades (NW) have a gable top clad with narrow vertical overlapping boards and straight wind braces. In the gable top of the front façade is a clamped loading hatch with a three-light fanlight.
The left side façade (SW) is provided in the middle with a clamped double door with a two-light stable window to its right.
At the bottom of the right side façade (NE) are three wall openings closable with shutters, two of which lead into a double pig sty of concrete built against the left half of the façade.
The rear façade has in the middle of the ground floor a three-light stable window.

The cattle shed is of general importance as a historic-functional component of the farmstead complex "Buitenrust".
