Inleiding
Aan de boerderijstrook Rijerscop gebouwde LANGHUISBOERDERIJ, daterend uit de periode 1840-1860. De polder Reijerscop is een oudere ontginning. De boerderij beslaat één kavel en heeft een oprit rechts van de boerderij.
Omschrijving
De met de nokrichting haaks op de Reijerscop gelegen langhuisboerderij telt één bouwlaag onder een rietgedekt zadeldak met gesmoorde nokvorsten en wolfeinden. Op de nok, tussen het woon- en stalgedeelte, is een schoorsteen gezet. Ter hoogte van het stalgedeelte is het muurwerk lager opgetrokken dan bij het woonhuisdeel.
De voorgevel (noordzijde) heeft een ingezwenkte lijstgevel met een geprofileerde houten lijst en op de hoeken van de gevel vazen op natuurstenen dekplaten. De symmetrische, vijf assen tellende gevel heeft in het midden een deur met bovenlicht in houten omlijsting met een houten geprofileerde kroonlijst, rustend op gesneden consoles. Ter weerszijden bevinden zich twee zesruits ramen. Op de verdieping zijn twee vierruits schuiframen gezet.
De linkerzijgevel heeft een witbepleisterde plint en bevat respectievelijk een kelder- en opkamerluik, een schuifvenster en een meerruits venster. Het stalgedeelte bevat getoogde niet oorspronkelijke betonnen stalvensters.
De rechterzijgevel bevat drie schuifvensters en drie betonnen stalvensters.
In de achtergevel zijn staldeuren gezet.
Het interieur bestaat uit een woonhuis en een stalgedeelte. De kelder en opkamer zijn aan de zuidoostzijde gesitueerd.

The long-house farm, with its roof ridge perpendicular to the Reijerscop, comprises one storey beneath a thatched gabled roof with hipped roof ridges and half-hipped ends. On the ridge, between the residential and stable sections, is a chimney. At the height of the stable section, the brickwork is built up lower than at the residential part.
The front facade (north side) has a recessed cornice-topped facade with a profiled wooden cornice and on the corners of the facade urns on natural stone cover plates. The symmetrical, five-bay facade has in the centre a door with fanlight in wooden frame with a profiled wooden cornice, resting on carved consoles. On either side are two six-pane windows. On the first floor are two four-pane sash windows.
The left side facade has a whitewashed plinth and contains respectively a cellar and upper room hatch, a sash window and a multi-pane window. The stable section contains arched non-original concrete stable windows.
The right side facade contains three sash windows and three concrete stable windows.
In the rear facade are stable doors.
The interior consists of a residential house and a stable section. The cellar and upper room are situated on the south-east side.
