FARM, built at the end of the nineteenth century on the estate Wouwse Plantage, at some distance from the buildings surrounding the manor house. The building displays Neo-Gothic motifs.

Brick farm consisting of a dwelling house, squeezed between barn and shed.

The house has a gabled roof, covered with old Dutch tiles. In the centre of the gable a bolted door with fanlight. Above the lintel a pointed-arch niche in the brickwork has been created surrounded by a roll moulding, finished with black horizontal brick. The arch field is black and painted with white glazing bars. On either side of the door are six-pane sash windows with shutters, provided with stone lintels and sills. Below the left window a small cellar light. Above it pointed arches and fields with painting as above the door. The rear gable has a door, a six-pane sash window and above the cellar a four-pane sash window. Internally the original partition has been preserved. Over the entire depth of the house the left section contains a cellar with barrel vault. Above it are two chambers. To the right of the corridor is one room and behind it lies the kitchen. To the left of it lies a higher, and on the street side wider transverse barn under high gabled roof with half-hip, covered with asbestos slates. Against the rear gable an addition under a lean-to roof. In the end gables doors have been installed. The long gable, facing the street, is blank but has a painted door and windows, all with painted pointed arches as on the house.

Internally the wooden timber frame has been preserved.

Of the barn, to the right of the house the rear gable runs in line with that of the house. The gabled roof with half-hip is covered with pantiles. In the projecting front gable there are a door and a wide opening. Above the door is a pointed-arch opening with metal glazing bars installed, above the opening are two pointed arches with painting according to the metal window. To the right in the gable a further painted window has been installed (black field with white glazing bars). In the end gable there are two windows placed one above the other and several small pointed-arch openings, both on the ground floor and high in the apex. In the long rear gable there is a sliding door, next to it horizontal six-pane barn windows have been placed.

Valuation.

The farm is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical value as an expression of the socio-economic development of the countryside, in particular the expansion of the estate Wouwse Plantage. It has architectural-historical value on account of distinctive ornamental features, in particular the application of Neo-Gothic forms in the context of an estate. The object is of significance on account of its setting, connected with the development of the area Wouwse Plantage, which has been preserved intact and with which it has a functional and visual relationship. It has been preserved intact and is rare as an example of a particular building type.
