Omschrijving
De VARKENSSCHUUR is gebouwd op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met de nok evenwijdig aan die van de boerderij. Het dak is belegd met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen, gemetseld in kruisverband. De voor- en achtergevel worden afgesloten door windveren. De zijgevels worden afgesloten door bakgoten op klossen. Het gebouw heeft een omlopende gepleisterde grijs geschilderde plint.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL is drie traveeën breed. In het midden bevindt zich een opgeklampte deur met een 6-ruits bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden bevindt zich een venster dat voorzien is van een T-schuifraam met een 8-ruits bovenlicht. De verdieping bezit twee kleinere vensters met T-schuiframen en 6-ruits bovenlichten. Alle muuropeningen worden afgesloten door blinde segmentboogjes met gepleisterde boogvelden. In de geveltop bevindt zich een sierspant met makelaar.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL heeft vier door segmentboogjes afgesloten staldeuren en drie eveneens door segmentboogjes afgesloten 6-ruits ijzeren stalramen. De ACHTERGEVEL heeft in het midden een door een segmentboogje afgesloten staldeur. Aan weerszijden bevindt zich een rondboogvenster met een 7-ruits ijzeren stalraam. De geveltop heeft een door een segmentboogje afgesloten hooiluik. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bezit vijf staldeuren en vier ijzeren 6-ruits stalramen. Alle muuropeningen worden afgesloten door blinde segmentboogjes.

Architectuurhistorische waarden
- De schuur is van belang als vrij gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een varkensschuur uit het interbellum die opvalt door bijzondere esthetische kwaliteiten in het exterieur zoals gave verhoudingen en een goede en bijzondere detaillering en materiaalgebruik. Opvallend is de afstemming van de voorgevel van de varkensschuur op de voorgevel van de boerderij.

The PIG HOUSE is built on a rectangular floor plan and has one storey under a gabled roof with the ridge parallel to that of the farmhouse. The roof is covered with red Old Dutch tiles. The facades are built in brick, laid in English bond. The front and rear facades are finished with wind braces. The side gables are finished with rain gutters on corbels. The building has a continuous plastered plinth painted grey.
The symmetrically arranged FRONT FACADE is three bays wide. In the centre is a cramped door with a 6-pane fanlight. On either side is a window fitted with a T-sash window with an 8-pane fanlight. The first floor has two smaller windows with T-sash windows and 6-pane fanlights. All wall openings are finished with blind segmental arches with plastered arch fields. In the gable peak is a decorative roof truss with a brace.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE has four stable doors closed off by segmental arches and three likewise segmental arch-closed 6-pane iron stable windows. The REAR FACADE has in the centre a stable door closed off by a segmental arch. On either side is a round-arched window with a 7-pane iron stable window. The gable peak has a hay door closed off by a segmental arch. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE possesses five stable doors and four iron 6-pane stable windows. All wall openings are finished with blind segmental arches.
