De één verdieping hoge ARBEIDERSWONING (omstreeks 1900, Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl) op nagenoeg rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen en wordt gedekt door een wolfdak tegen rechte topgevel waarop oranje Hollandse pannen; gemetselde schoorsteen op de nok; houten makelaar; strakke houten windveren. De gevels worden geleed door vensters met roedenverdeling deels onder rollaag.
In de topgevel van de voorgevel (oostzijde) drie zesruits vensters waarboven twee tweeruits zaadvensters. Aan de linkerzijde van de topgevel een zesruits venster.
Aan de voorzijde van de krimp in de zuidgevel een houten deur waarin glas met tweeruits bovenlicht; aan de zijkant een liggend tweeruits vensters en een houten deur. Aan de zijkant van de tweede krimp een liggend tweeruits venster.
In de achtergevel (westzijde) vier tweeruits venster.
In de noordgevel drie getoogde vierruits vensters, een opgeklampte houten deur en een tweeruits venster.

Description
The one-storey high WORKERS' DWELLING (circa 1900, Craft-traditional style) on an approximately rectangular plan is built of red brick and is covered by a half-hipped roof against a straight gable with orange Dutch tiles; brick chimney on the ridge; wooden fascia; tight wooden wind braces. The facades are articulated by windows with glazing bars partly under relieving arch.
In the gable of the front facade (east side) three six-pane windows with above two two-pane seed windows. On the left side of the gable a six-pane window.
At the front of the chimney breast in the south facade a wooden door with glass with two-pane fanlight; at the side a horizontal two-pane window and a wooden door. At the side of the second chimney breast a horizontal two-pane window.
In the rear facade (west side) four two-pane windows.
In the north facade three arched four-pane windows, a clamped wooden door and a two-pane window.
