Inleiding
SCHUUR aan het einde van 19e eeuw in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant gebouwd als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex aan de zuidzijde van de IJsseldijk, buiten de bebouwde kom van Krimpen aan den IJssel.
Omschrijving
De vrijstaande schuur is opgetrokken in IJsselsteen onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de gevels zijn muurankers bevestigd.
In de kopse oostelijke gevel is een rechtgesloten deur en een hooiluik geplaatst.
In de noordelijke gevel een staldeur en een segmentboogvormig stalvenster.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een stenen schuur op een 19e eeuws boerenerf. De schuur is gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.
De schuur heeft ensemblewaarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex en is stedenbouwkundig van belang vanwege de beeldbepalende ligging aan de dijk.

BARN built at the end of the 19th century in Craft-traditional building style as part of the farmhouse complex on the south side of the IJsseldijk, outside the built-up area of Krimpen aan den IJssel.
Description
The detached barn is constructed in IJssel stone under a gabled roof covered with smothered Dutch tiles. Ornamental wall anchors are attached to the facades.
In the head east facade a straight-hung door and a hay door are placed.
In the north facade a stable door and a segmentally-arched stable window.
Valuation
The barn is of general importance because of its cultural- and architectural-historical value as an example of a stone barn on a 19th-century farm. The barn is intact in overall form, material use and detailing.
The barn has ensemble value as a historically-functional component of the farmhouse complex and is of urban planning importance because of its visually defining location on the dike.
