Inleiding
Voormalig PATRONAATSGEBOUW "St. Jozefzaal" uit 1920, deel uitmakend van het rooms-katholiek kerkcomplex 'O.L.V. van Goede Raad'. De St. Jozefzaal vormt de verbinding tussen de pastorie en de kerk.
Omschrijving
De St. Jozefzaal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en een hoogte van één bouwlaag onder een plat dak. In de voorzijde (NW) hiervan bevindt zich van links naar rechts een opgeklampte dubbele deur, twee keer een drietal meerruits vensters, en in het uitgebouwde rechter geveldeel rechts een gedenksteen met het opschrift "TER HERINNERING/ AAN DE/ INTRONISATIE/ 10 MEI 1925". De achtergevel (ZO) van de St.Jozefzaal telt drie achtruits vensters en heeft rechts een opgeklampte deur.

Het voormalige patronaatsgebouw 'St. Jozefzaal' is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarden als onderdeel van het rooms-katholiek kerkcomplex 'O.L.V. van Goede Raad', en vanwege de voor Kropholler kenmerkende stijl van bouwen in robuust traditionalistische baksteenarchitectuur.

The St. Joseph Hall has a rectangular floor plan and is one storey high under a flat roof. On the front (NW) of this, from left to right, is a metal-strapped double door, twice a set of three multi-light windows, and in the projecting right facade section on the right a commemorative stone with the inscription "IN COMMEMORATION/ OF THE/ ENTHRONEMENT/ 10 MAY 1925". The rear facade (SE) of the St. Joseph Hall has three rear-light windows and on the right a metal-strapped door.

The former patronage building 'St. Joseph Hall' is of general importance because of its architectural and cultural-historical values as part of the Roman Catholic church complex 'Our Lady of Good Counsel', and because of the robust traditionalist brick architecture style of building characteristic of Kropholler.
