Het achthoekige TUINHUIS, gelegen ten zuidoosten van het landhuis, is gebouwd in 1933 en bestaat uit één bouwlaag met achtzijdig tentdak bekroond door een gebakken piron. Het tentdak is gedekt met authentieke leipannen met gebogen leipannen op de hoekkepers. In zeven zijden bevindt zich een zesruits stolpraam, direct boven het trasraam met rollaag. Aan de noordzijde bevindt zich de ingangspartij bestaande uit een dubbele houten deur met achtruits glasindeling. Aan de bovenzijde wordt iedere zijde afgesloten door een rollaag, die de vensters scheidt van het houten overstek. De hoeken die gevormd worden door de acht zijden hebben een stompe tandversiering.

Description
The octagonal GARDEN HOUSE, located to the southeast of the country house, was built in 1933 and consists of one storey with an eight-sided tent roof crowned by a baked weathervane. The tent roof is covered with authentic slate tiles with curved slate tiles on the hip rafters. In seven sides there is a six-pane hopper window, directly above the ashlar window with roller blind. On the north side there is the entrance section consisting of a double wooden door with eight-pane glazing. At the top each side is closed off by a roller blind, which separates the windows from the wooden overhang. The corners formed by the eight sides have blunt tooth ornamentation.
