Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS met HONDENHOK daterend uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw bevindt zich tegen de westgrens van het huidige perceel. Het koetshuis, bestaande uit één bouwlaag met rechthoekige plattegrond heeft gepleisterde gevels en wordt afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen met als nokrichting noord-zuid. Het hondenhok bevindt zich aan de noordzijde van het koetshuis daarmee verbonden door een muur.
De VOORGEVEL (zuidzijde) eindigt in een topgevel met achterliggend zadeldak.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL is onzichtbaar vanwege de dichte begroeiing.
De RECHTERZIJGEVEL is te verdelen in drie ongelijke traveeën, waarvan de smalle middentravee eindigt in een topgevel met aangekapt zadeldak met decoratief houtgesneden windveren. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een enkele kraalschroten deur met tweeruits bovenlicht. In de linkertravee bevindt zich een dubbele kraalschroten deur aan weerszijden geflankeerd door segmentboogvormige ijzeren vier-ruits ramen. De rechtertravee is identiek aan de linkertravee. In de dakhelling bevinden zich twee oorspronkelijke twee-ruits dakramen.
Links in de ACHTERGEVEL bevindt zich een enkele kraalschroten deur met rechts een vier-ruits raam identiek aan die in de rechterzijgevel. In de geveltop bevindt zich een enkel kraalschroten luik. Haaks op de gevel bevindt zich een éénsteens muurtje met aangrenzend hondenhok. Het hondenhok met rechthoekige plattegrond wordt afgesloten door een lessenaarsdak bestaande uit golfplaten. De gevels met zwarte plint zijn opgetrokken in bruinrode baksteen in halfsteens verband met in de oostgevel twee rechthoekige kraalschroten deuren afgesloten door een rollaag. In de noordgevel bevinden zich regelmatig verdeeld twee halfronde ramen met ijzeren vorktracering omsloten door een rollaag. Rechtsonder bevindt zich een lage bakstenen uitbouw met rondboogvormige doorgang afgesloten door een zadeldak. De noordgevel wordt verlengd door een smeedijzeren hekwerk bestaande uit spijlen, die het terrein afbakent rondom de uitbouw.

COACHHOUSE with KENNELHOUSE dating from the early twentieth century is situated against the western boundary of the current plot. The coachhouse, consisting of one storey with rectangular plan, has rendered facades and is closed off by a gabled roof (saddle roof) covered with Flemish bond Dutch tiles with ridge direction north-south. The kennelhouse is situated on the north side of the coachhouse, connected to it by a wall.
The FRONT FACADE (south side) ends in a stepped gable with gabled roof (saddle roof) behind.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE is invisible due to dense vegetation.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE is divided into three unequal bays, of which the narrow central bay ends in a stepped gable with attached gabled roof (saddle roof) with decoratively hand-carved wind vanes. On the ground floor there is a single beaded door with two-light fanlight. In the left bay there is a double beaded door flanked on both sides by segmental arched iron four-light windows. The right bay is identical to the left bay. In the roof slope there are two original two-light roof windows.
On the left in the REAR FACADE there is a single beaded door with on the right a four-light window identical to those in the right side facade. In the gable top there is a single beaded shutter. Perpendicular to the facade there is a one-brick wall with adjacent kennelhouse. The kennelhouse with rectangular plan is closed off by a lean-to roof consisting of corrugated iron sheets. The facades with black plinth are built up in dark red brick in half-bond with in the east facade two rectangular beaded doors closed off by a course. In the north facade there are regularly spaced two semicircular windows with iron tracery enclosed by a course. On the lower right there is a low brick extension with round-arched passage closed off by a gabled roof (saddle roof). The north facade is extended by a wrought-iron fence consisting of pales, which defines the terrain around the extension.
