Omschrijving onderdeel 4: DIENSTWONING.
XIX, mogelijk ouder; aan het begin van de oprijlaan: bakstenen gebouwtje op rechthoekige plattegrond; één bouwlaag onder schilddak met grijze pannen en midden op een schoorsteen; voorgevel (laanzijde) met eenvoudige ingangsdeur met bovenlicht en één zeslichts raam; zijgevel (straatzijde) met één zeslichts raam en één raampje met roedenverdeling.
