Omschrijving
De één verdieping hoge, deels onderkelderde STEENHOUWERIJ (kunststeen en granitobedrijf) annex STUCADOORSBEDRIJF (1887/1897, Eclectische stijl) op nagenoeg rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen op een naar voren springend aangesmeerd trasraam; zuidgevel en deels achtergevel witgeschilderd op een grijsgeschilderd trasraam. Het pand wordt gedekt door een samengestelde kap waarop deels zwarte Friese golfpannen en niet-originele golfplaten; deels houten goot, deels niet-originele goot; voorgevel vernieuwde muurankers. De gevels worden geleed door staande deels getoogde vensters onder een segmentboog of rollaag van gele en roodbruine baksteen.
In de voorgevel (oostzijde) zijn de openingen uitgespaard in het gevelveld en worden omlijst met keperbogen van gele baksteen. Centraal in het risalerende rechter geveldeel van de voorgevel een niet-originele deur onder een betonlatei waarboven in specie de naam `Firma H. Prummel', een getoogd twintigruits venster en in specie `Stucadoor-granito kunststeenwerken'; omlijsting van gemetselde pilasters. Aan weerszijden van de pilasters een getoogd tweedelig venster met drieruits bovenlichten onder segmentboog waarboven een staand dichtgezet venster onder rollaag. De linkerzijde van dit geveldeel is aangesmeerd. In het terugspringende linker geveldeel van de voorgevel dubbele opgeklampte getoogde houten deuren onder een segmentboog, drie staande dichtgezette vensters onder rollaag en een segmentboog waaronder oorspronkelijk een koekoek heeft gezeten.
In het risalerende linker geveldeel van de zuidgevel een staand getoogd twaalfruits venster onder rollaag; aan de rechterzijde een opgeklampte houten deur. In het rechter geveldeel vijf getoogde twaalfruits vensters onder rollaag.
In het linker geveldeel van de achtergevel (westzijde) een staand venster (oorspronkelijk vierruits) onder rollaag, een getoogd venster met decoratieve ijzeren roedenverdeling en niet-originele dubbele houten deuren. In het rechter geveldeel een getoogd twaalfruits venster onder rollaag. Aan deze zijde is de kapschuur aangebouwd.
In het INTERIEUR zijn ondermeer van belang: in de machinekamer de Alweller pomp, in de boterkelder het troggewelf, de tegelwand en de zwart/gele tegelvloer.

The one-storey, partly cellared STONEMASON'S WORKSHOP (artificial stone and granite works) together with PLASTERING BUSINESS (1887/1897, Eclectic style) on a nearly rectangular plan is built in reddish-brown brick on a forward-projecting roughcast travertine base; south facade and part of rear facade whitewashed on a grey-painted travertine base. The building is covered by a composite roof truss bearing partly black Frisian pantiles and non-original corrugated sheets; partly wooden gutter, partly non-original gutter; front facade renewed wall anchors. The facades are articulated by tall partly arched windows beneath a segmental arch or drip moulding of yellow and reddish-brown brick.
In the front facade (east side) the openings are reserved in the facade field and are framed with dog-tooth arches of yellow brick. Centrally in the projecting right facade section of the front facade a non-original door beneath a concrete lintel above which in mortar the name `Firma H. Prummel', an arched twenty-light window and in mortar `Plastering works-granito artificial stone works'; framing of brick pilasters. On either side of the pilasters an arched two-part window with three-light fanlights beneath segmental arch with above it a tall bricked-up window beneath drip moulding. The left side of this facade section is roughcast. In the recessed left facade section of the front facade double fixed arched wooden doors beneath a segmental arch, three tall bricked-up windows beneath drip moulding and a segmental arch beneath which originally a cuckoo mechanism has been positioned.
In the projecting left facade section of the south facade a tall arched twelve-light window beneath drip moulding; on the right side a fixed wooden door. In the right facade section five arched twelve-light windows beneath drip moulding.
In the left facade section of the rear facade (west side) a tall window (originally four-light) beneath drip moulding, an arched window with decorative iron glazing bars and non-original double wooden doors. In the right facade section an arched twelve-light window beneath drip moulding. On this side the engine house has been built on.
In the INTERIOR are notably: in the engine room the Alweller pump, in the butter cellar the barrel vault, the tile wall and the black/yellow tile floor.
