Omschrijving
TUINHUIS (omstreeks 1900, Art Nouveau-invloeden) op rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit stijlen en regels bekleed met verticale schroten op een gemetseld trasraam. Het tuinhuis wordt gedekt door twee tegen elkaar ingaande lessenaarsdaken; aan de voorzijde fries verdeeld in een zevental staande panelen versierd met roedenverdeling.
Centraal in de voorgevel (oostzijde) twee getoogde houten paneeldeuren waarin glas met aan weerszijden een staand venster die halfrond tegen de deurstijl eindigt; vensters en deuren onder één segmentboog. Boven de deuren een ventilerend lattenrooster, opgaand tot de nok van het voorste lessenaarsdak.

Description
GARDEN HOUSE (around 1900, Art Nouveau influences) on a rectangular ground plan consists of posts and rails clad with vertical boards on a rendered stone base. The garden house is covered with two lean-to roofs meeting at an angle; on the front facade a frieze divided into seven standing panels decorated with glazing bars.
Centrally in the front facade (east side) two arched wooden panelled doors with glass in which on either side a standing window that ends half-round against the door frame; windows and doors under one segmental arch. Above the doors a ventilating lath grille, rising to the ridge of the front lean-to roof.

Garden house of general importance because of architectural and cultural historical value:
