Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING van het krimpjestype, gebouwd omstreeks 1920 en gelegen ten noorden van de boerderij. De woning, die aan beide zijden een krimp heeft, is opgetrokken in een rode baksteen op een trasraam van klinkers. Het pand heeft een driezijdig wolfdak, gedekt met een cementpan, tegen een rechte voorgevel met strakke windveren. Op de nok twee gemetselde schoorstenen; goot op houten klossen. De entree bevindt zich in de oostgevel en bestaat uit een houten deur met bovenlicht en strek; links van de entree twee T-vensters. De zuidgevel heeft zowel op de begane grond als in de top twee T-vensters en de westgevel heeft een samengesteld venster. Alle T-vensters zijn voorzien van een strek. Het achterdeel van de woning heeft in beide krimpen een klein venster, in de oostgevel een driedelig venster en een dichtgezet keldervenster met strek, en in de noordgevel twee vensters met zijlicht (niet origineel) en een klein venster. Al deze vensters hebben een rollaag.

WORKERS' DWELLING of the half-hip type, built around 1920 and located north of the farmhouse. The dwelling, which has a half-hip on both sides, is constructed in red brick on a trash-stone foundation of clinker bricks. The building has a three-sided half-hipped roof, covered with cement tile, against a straight front facade with taut weather vanes. On the ridge two brick chimneys; gutter on wooden blocks. The entrance is located in the east facade and consists of a wooden door with fanlight and lintel; to the left of the entrance two T-windows. The south facade has two T-windows both on the ground floor and at the top, and the west facade has a composite window. All T-windows are provided with a lintel. The rear part of the dwelling has in both half-hips a small window, in the east facade a three-part window and a filled basement window with lintel, and in the north facade two windows with side light (not original) and a small window. All these windows have a roller course.
