Omschrijving onderdeel 24.
Het in oorsprong zeventiende-eeuwse gebouw is verbouwd tussen 1875-1914 met behoud van zeventiende-eeuws muurwerk (voorgevel). Het in rode baksteen opgetrokken pand is in aanzien rechthoekig doch is gebouwd op een trapvormige plattegrond; het bestaat uit een bouwlaag onder een met oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het gebouw herbergt twee dienstwoningen en een kantoor. De met lisenen gelede voorgevel (west) wordt met twee Vlaamse gevels benadrukt. In de Vlaamse gevels twee meerruitsvensters. Opvallend is de rechte daklijst voorzien van klossen. Links in de voorgevel de toegangsdeur met drieruits bovenlicht, verdere invulling van meerruits schuifvensters met rood-witte luiken en een gekoppeld meerruitsvenster. De zuidgevel heeft ook een geleding van pilasters en spaarvelden. Van de zeven vensterassen zijn de meest linkse twee blind uitgevoerd. Overige tienruits schuifvensters met rood-wit luiken. Aan de noordoostzijde drie verspringende bouwdelen met zadeldaken, waardoor de trapvormige plattegrond ontstaat.

Description of component 24.
The building, originally dating from the seventeenth century, was remodelled between 1875-1914 whilst retaining seventeenth-century masonry (front facade). The property, constructed in red brick, is rectangular in appearance but is built on a stepped ground plan; it consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with old Dutch tiles. The building houses two service cottages and an office. The front facade (west) articulated with pilasters is emphasized with two Flemish gables. In the Flemish gables two multi-paned windows. Striking is the straight roof cornice provided with corbels. On the left in the front facade the entrance door with three-paned fanlight, further infill of multi-paned sash windows with red-white shutters and a coupled multi-paned window. The south facade also has an articulation of pilasters and spandrels. Of the seven window bays the two most left are executed as blind. Other ten-paned sash windows with red-white shutters. On the north-east side three staggered building sections with gabled roofs, which creates the stepped ground plan.
