Omschrijving onderdeel 5. Voorbrug met keermuren.
VOORBRUG MET KEERMUREN. Naar het voorplein ligt een laat achtiende-eeuwse bakstenen brug van drie bogen met hardstenen sluitstenen en muurankers die het voorplein met achttiende-eeuwse bakstenen keermuren met de rest van de buitenplaats verbindt. Het houten brugdek ligt op ijzeren binten. Aan beide kanten een smeedijzeren balustrade. De brug is gerestaureerd in 1845 en 1993 (gedenkplaten). De brug kan afgesloten worden met een draaihek.

Description of component 5. Forecourt bridge with retaining walls.
FORECOURT BRIDGE WITH RETAINING WALLS. Leading to the forecourt is a late eighteenth-century brick bridge with three arches and hard stone voussoirs and wall anchors which connects the forecourt with eighteenth-century brick retaining walls to the rest of the country estate. The wooden bridge deck rests on iron beams. On both sides a wrought iron balustrade. The bridge was restored in 1845 and 1993 (memorial plaques). The bridge can be closed with a rotating gate.
