Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
KOETSHUIS, XVII; op rechthoekige plattegrond;baksteen, de voorgevel witgekalkt; één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met grijze pannen aan voorzijde en rode aan achterkant; voorgevel symmetrisch: in het midden een éénvoudige deur met bovenlicht (meerruitsindeling), links en rechts aan de buitenzijden telkens een ronde dubbele koetsdeur; tussen deze deuren en de middendeur telkens twee halve kruisramen met onderluiken; boven middendeur een dakkapel; boven rechter koetsdeur een sluitsteentje met GvS en parelkroon, XVII. In de zijgevels onder meer ramen met meerruitsverdeling en halve luiken.

COACH HOUSE, 17th century; on rectangular plan; brick, the front facade whitewashed; one storey under gabled roof with grey tiles on the front and red on the back; front facade symmetrical: in the centre a simple door with fanlight (multi-pane glazing), left and right on the outer sides each a round double coach door; between these doors and the centre door each time two half cross windows with lower shutters; above centre door a roof dormer; above right coach door a keystone with GvS and pearl crown, 17th century. In the side facades among other windows with multi-pane glazing and half shutters.
