KOETSHUIS behorend bij de villa uit 1886 en opgetrokken in Chaletstijl.
Omschrijving
Het koetshuis is in rode baksteen opgetrokken over één bouwlaag onder een schilddak met een sterke zeeg. De gepleisterde plint is afgebiesd met groen geglazuurde keramische tegels, de bovenste helft van de gevels is gepleisterd in houten vakwerk. Het dak steekt over op korbelen en is gedekt met rode geglazuurde tuile-du-Nordpannen. Bolvormige pironnen op de nokeinden en een kleine dakkapel boven de westgevel. In de voorgevel (zuid) is in het midden een smal geveldeel hoger opgetrokken. Het bovenste deel, dat door de goot steekt, is voorzien van een opgeklampt (hooi)luik. Zowel dit deel als de dakkapel worden afgedekt door een zadeldakje met windveren en een sierspant. De rechtgesloten schuifvensters hebben bovenlichten met roeden en gepleisterde waterdorpels. De eveneens rechtgesloten opgeklampte deuren zijn voorzien van kleine ruitjes. De voorgevel wordt geleed door twee deuren met bovenlichten aan weerszijden van een venster met bovenlicht, waarboven zich het (hooi)luik bevindt. In de linker zijgevel (west) twee inrijdeuren, in de rechter zijgevel (oost) twee vensters.
Waardering
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde wegens functie en Chaletstijl. Voorts heeft het koetshuis ensemblewaarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel behorende bij de villa. Het exterieur van het koetshuis is zeer gaaf.

Description
The coach house is built in red brick over one storey under a hipped roof with a pronounced sag. The plastered plinth is chamfered with green glazed ceramic tiles, the upper half of the facades is plastered in timber framing. The roof overhangs on corbels and is covered with red glazed Tuile-du-Nord tiles. Bulbous finials on the roof ridge ends and a small roof dormer above the west facade. In the front facade (south) a narrow facade section is raised higher in the middle. The upper part, which projects through the gutter, is provided with a clamped (hay) hatch. Both this section and the roof dormer are topped by a gabled roof with wind vanes and an ornamental bracing. The straight-closing sash windows have fanlights with glazing bars and plastered drip mouldings. The likewise straight-closing clamped doors are provided with small panes. The front facade is articulated by two doors with fanlights on either side of a window with fanlight, above which the (hay) hatch is situated. In the left side facade (west) two carriage doors, in the right side facade (east) two windows.
