Omschrijving
Inleiding.
Aan de oostelijke zijde van de noord-zuid getraceerde Neterselseweg staat, met de nokas haaks op de weg, een KORTGEVELBOERDERIJ uit omstreeks 1925, opgetrokken uit betonstenen. Ten zuidoosten van de boerderij staat een schuur op globaal rechthoekige plattegrond. Omstreeks 1950 is tegen de zuidelijke gevel van de boerderij een haakse eenlaags uitbouw onder plat dak gerealiseerd.
Beschrijving.
De eenlaags boerderij heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een wolfdak met tuile du nord pannen. Op het zuidelijke dakschild staat een gemetselde schoorsteen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in betonstenen en voorzien van smeedijzeren muurankers en een muizetandlijst van baksteen. De symmetrische westelijke straatgevel heeft drie vensterassen met centraal een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht en wordt aan beide zijden geflankeerd door een T-schuifvenster, alle met een getoogde strek en een gecementeerd boogveld. De zolderverdieping wordt belicht door twee kleinere T-schuifvensters. In de noordelijke zijgevel is een T-schuifvenster, een opkamervenster, een onderliggend keldervenster en in het bedrijfsdeel een vijftal betonnen rechthoekige stalvensters en een drietal staldeuren. In de zuidelijke zijgevel zijn een rechthoekig T-schuifvenster en een breder samengesteld schuifvenster. Voor de westelijke en zuidelijke gevel van het woonhuis staan een viertal leilinden. Het ten noorden van de boerderij gesitueerde erf is onverhard.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuur-historisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaaleconomische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de Kempen en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij in het interbellum. Architectuurhistorisch is het van belang vanwege het gebruik van betonsteen. Het geheel is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en is als voorbeeld van een gave ontginningsboerderij in betonsteen uit het interbellum uiterst zeldzaam.

Introduction.
On the eastern side of the north-south aligned Neterselseweg stands, with the roof ridge perpendicular to the road, a SHORT-GABLE FARMHOUSE from approximately 1925, constructed from concrete blocks. To the southeast of the farmhouse stands a barn on a roughly rectangular floor plan. Around 1950, a single-storey extension with a flat roof was realized against the southern facade of the farmhouse at right angles.
Description.
The single-storey farmhouse has a rectangular floor plan and is covered by a half-hipped roof with tuile du nord tiles. On the southern roof slope stands a masonry chimney. The facades are constructed of concrete blocks and fitted with wrought-iron wall anchors and a brick mouse-tooth string course. The symmetrical western street facade has three window bays with a central fixed door with fanlight at the centre and is flanked on both sides by a T-sash window, all with a segmental arch and a cemented arch field. The attic storey is lit by two smaller T-sash windows. In the northern side facade is a T-sash window, a living-room window, an underlying cellar window and in the business section five concrete rectangular stable windows and three stable doors. In the southern side facade are a rectangular T-sash window and a broader composite sash window. In front of the western and southern facades of the dwelling house stand four lime trees. The yard situated to the north of the farmhouse is unpaved.
Valuation.
The farmhouse is of general importance. The object has cultural-historical value as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Kempen and as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse in the interwar period. From an architectural-historical perspective, it is of importance because of the use of concrete block. The whole is important because of the integrity of its exterior and is extremely rare as an example of an intact newly-cleared farmhouse in concrete block from the interwar period.
