Symmetrisch opgebouwd CENTRAAL WOONBLOK, bestaande uit drie aaneengesloten eengezinswoningen, waarvan de middenwoning eindigt in een trapgevel.
De VOORGEVEL van het centrale woonblok bestaat uit zeven vensterassen. De gevel van de middenwoning bestaat uit drie vensterassen. Centraal in de middenwoning bevindt zich een tweedelige houten paneeldeur met tweeruits bovenlicht van elkaar gescheiden door een kalf met zwikken. Links en rechts van de ingangspartij bevindt zich een schuifvenster met verdeling (2x2)+(2x1) aan een zijde geflankeerd door een luik, aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een strek. Centraal in de geveltop van de trapgevel met achterliggend zadeldak, bevinden zich twee gekoppelde naar binnenslaande zesruits draairamen.
De gevel van de linkerwoning bestaat uit twee vensterassen. Uiterst links bevindt zich een identieke ingangspartij met rechts een schuifvenster met verdeling (3x2)+(3x1) aan weerszijden geflankeerd door luiken. In het zadeldak bevindt zich een dakkapel met twee gekoppelde naar buitenslaande vierruits draairamen. De gevel van de rechterwoning is het spiegelbeeld van de gevel van de linkerwoning. Op de begane grond van de LINKERZIJGEVEL bevinden zich twee schuifvensters, links met verdeling (3x2)+(3x1), rechts (2x2)+(2x1), waartussen een klein enkelruits toiletraam. In de geveltop van de tuitgevel bevinden zich twee naar binnenslaande zesruits draairamen. De vensters in de zijgevel worden aan de boven- en onderzijde afgesloten door een rollaag.
De ACHTERGEVEL bestaat uit zes vensterassen. Uiterst links bevindt zich op de begane grond een uitbouw met rechts daarvan een schuifvenster met verdeling (3x2)+(3x1). De twee assen uiterst rechts zijn het spiegelbeeld van de twee assen uiterst links. Rechts van het midden bevindt zich eveneens een uitbouw, waarboven een bovenlicht. Links van de uitbouw bevinden zich twee gekoppelde vensters. In het schild van het zadeldak bevinden zich drie dakkapellen als aan de straatzijde, waarvan de buitenste twee zonder roedenverdeling. De RECHTERZIJGEVEL is identiek aan de linker zijgevel.

The FRONT FACADE of the central residential block consists of seven window bays. The facade of the central dwelling consists of three window bays. Centrally in the central dwelling is located a two-part wooden panelled door with two-pane fanlight separated from each other by a calf with splays. To the left and right of the entrance section is a sash window with glazing (2x2)+(2x1) on one side flanked by a shutter, at the top closed off by a stretcher. Centrally in the gable top of the stepped gable with underlying saddle roof, are located two coupled inward-opening six-pane casement windows.
The facade of the left dwelling consists of two window bays. At the far left is located an identical entrance section with to the right a sash window with glazing (3x2)+(3x1) flanked on both sides by shutters. In the saddle roof is located a dormer with two coupled outward-opening four-pane casement windows. The facade of the right dwelling is the mirror image of the facade of the left dwelling. The two bays at the far right are the mirror image of the two bays at the far left. To the right of the centre is also located an extension, above which a fanlight. To the left of the extension are located two coupled windows. In the hip of the saddle roof are located three dormers as on the street side, of which the two outer ones without glazing bars. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE is identical to the left side facade.
