Inleiding
WOONWINKELPAND, meermalen verbouwd ouder pand met voorgevel uit 1911 met interieur uit de periode 1930-1940 met stilistische ontlening aan het werk van S. van Ravesteyn.
Omschrijving
Pand op rechthoekige plattegrond, onderdeel van de aaneengesloten gevelwand aan de Oudegracht, met - moderne - winkelpui op begane grond en twee verdiepingen onder plat dak. Witgepleisterde symmetrische gevel met drie vensterassen tussen vier pilasters over beide verdiepingen, tussen de vensters vlakken met cannelures. De hoekpilasters steken als kolommen door de lijst van de gevel. Hiertussen is een smeedijzeren hekwerk geplaatst met decoratieve motieven, ondermeer gestileerde wapenborden. Tweede bouwlaag met erker met draairamen, verder schuifvensters met glas-in-lood bovenlichten.
Interieur met onder andere hal met onder meer halfrond lopende wanden, doorgangen halfrond afgesloten, glazen bouwstenen in de wanden en aan weerszijden van de deuren als verlichtingsornament. Eerste verdieping met woonkamer, via badkamer verbonden met slaapkamer. Alle deuren met afgeronde hoeken en raampjes in vorm van gestileerd wapen. In woonkamer onder meer smalle band langs het plafond van de voorkamer, doorlopende in voorgevel met halfronde erker. Voorts onder meer gemetselde open haard, eveneens met golvende lijnen. Badkamer met ondermeer halfronde kastenwand en originele badkuip met daarachter halfronde glazen spiegelwand met ingebouwde verlichting.
Aangrenzende slaapkamer met eveneens halfronde wand overgaande in wand met nis. Plafond met rond, in het plafond opgenomen, verlichtings-armatuur.
Waardering
Winkelwoonhuis van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de gevel en de waardevolle interieur-elementen uit 1930-40 in de stijl van Sybold van Ravesteyn en vanwege de bouwhistorische waarde van de oudere kern.

Building on rectangular plan, part of the continuous facade wall on the Oudegracht, with modern shop front on ground storey and two storeys under flat roof. Whitewashed symmetrical facade with three window-axes between four pilasters over both storeys, between the windows panels with fluting. The corner pilasters project as columns through the facade cornice. Between these a wrought-iron balustrade has been placed with decorative motifs, among others stylized coat-of-arms panels. Second storey with bay with casement windows, further sash windows with leaded-light fanlights.
Interior with amongst others hall with amongst others semicircularly running walls, passages closed off semicircularly, glass blocks in the walls and on either side of the doors as lighting ornament. First storey with living room, connected via bathroom with bedroom. All doors with rounded corners and small windows in the form of stylized coat-of-arms. In living room amongst others narrow band along the ceiling of the front room, continuing in front facade with semicircular bay.
