Omschrijving
Pand van drie bouwlagen en mansardekap met nok loodrecht op de voorgevel. De geheel gepleisterde voorgevel is drie traveeën breed en wordt afgesloten door een zwaar geprofileerde lijst, omgezet boven de halfronde dakkapel boven de middelste travee.
De deur links en de vensters hebben alle een gepleis- terde, geprofileerde in- en uitgezwenkte omlijsting met leeuwekopjes in de halfronde bekroning, ook gepleisterde decoraties onder de vensterbanken van de tweede en derde bouwlaag. De bouwlagen worden gescheiden door waterlijsten die ter plaatse van de onderdorpels verkroppen als vensterbanken ondersteund door consoles.
Interieur met indeling op eerste en tweede bouwlaag met kamer en suite.

Description
Building of three storeys and mansard roof with ridge perpendicular to the front facade. The entirely plastered front facade is three bays wide and is terminated by a heavily moulded cornice, returned above the semicircular roof dormer above the middle bay.
The door on the left and the windows all have a plastered, moulded in- and out-turned frame with lion's-head ornaments in the semicircular crown, also plastered decorative elements below the window sills of the second and third storeys. The storeys are separated by drip mouldings which bend at the level of the window sills, functioning as window sills supported by consoles.
Interior with rooms en suite on the first and second storey.
Valuation
Detached house of general importance owing to its architectural-historical value as a striking and distinctive example of a detached house with plastered facade with decorative elements. Of urban planning value owing to its location at the Mariaplaats and as part of the enclosed street profile.
