Voormalige CHAUFFEURSWONING van omstreeks 1925.
Verdiepingloos pand met een T-vormige plattegrond, opgetrokken in rode machinale baksteen op een gepleisterde plint.
Het dak is gedekt met rode muldenpannen en bestaat uit een afgewolfd zadeldak met haaks daarop een tentdak met in het midden een dakkapel. De vensters zijn voorzien van luiken in de kleuren van Huis Diepenheim (rood-wit diagonaal gestreept).
De voorgevel (N) is voorzien van twee samengestelde twintigruits vensters met in het midden een dertigruits venster.
De rechter zijgevel heeft in de risalerende linker travee een twintigruits venster. In het teruggeplaatste geveldeel is een deur, een zesruits venster en een twaalfruits venster geplaatst. Onder de dakaanzet is een speklaag aangebracht.
De achtergevel heeft een deur met aan weerszijden een venster.

Voormalige CHAUFFEURSWONING behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Diepenheim van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang, vanwege:

Description
Former CHAUFFEUR'S HOUSE from circa 1925.
Single-storey building with a T-shaped ground plan, built in red machine-made brick on a rendered plinth.
The roof is covered with red pan tiles and consists of a curved gabled roof with a tent roof perpendicular to it with a roof dormer in the middle. The windows are provided with shutters in the colours of Huis Diepenheim (red-white diagonal stripe).
The front facade (N) is fitted with two composite twenty-pane windows with in the middle a thirteen-pane window.
The right side facade has in the projecting left bay a twenty-pane window. In the set-back gable section a door, a six-pane window and a twelve-pane window are placed. Below the roof line a band course is applied.
The rear facade has a door with on either side a window.

Former CHAUFFEUR'S HOUSE belonging to the historic country estate Diepenheim of cultural, architectural historical and urban planning importance, because of:
