Omschrijving
TUINHUIS (1936) op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een donker bakstenen trasraam en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop rode Hollandse pannen.
In de topgevel aan de voorzijde (westgevel) twee openslaande houten deuren waarin glas met zijlichten; aan weerszijden twee staande vensters waarin diagonaal glas-in-lood waarvoor een rechthoekige gemetselde bloembak; beschoten top waarin de niet-originele tekst Los Rabo Nas. In de noordgevel een tweedelig staand venster. In de topgevel aan de achterzijde (oostgevel) een staand venster. In de zuidgevel een tweedelig staand venster; aan deze zijde de niet-originele aanbouw (niet beschermd).
In het INTERIEUR zijn ondermeer van belang: de houten vloer en aan weerszijden van het venster in de achtergevel de houten kastjes waarin glas-in-lood en de houten kastjes aan de onderzijde van het venster.

Description
GARDEN HOUSE (1936) on rectangular ground plan is built in red brick on a dark brick trabeated framework and is covered by a gabled roof with red Dutch tiles.
In the gable on the front side (west facade) two hinged wooden doors with glass and sidelights; on each side two vertical windows with diagonal leaded glass in front of which a rectangular brick flower box; rendered top with the non-original text Los Rabo Nas. In the north facade a two-part vertical window. In the gable on the rear side (east facade) a vertical window. In the south facade a two-part vertical window; on this side the non-original extension (not protected).
In the INTERIOR the following are of particular importance: the wooden floor and on each side of the window in the rear facade the wooden cupboards with leaded glass and the wooden cupboards at the bottom of the window.
