Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS (1898) op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop grijze cementpannen; strakke houten windveren; twee houten makelaars; windwijzer.
In de topgevel aan de voorzijde (westgevel) twee opgeklampte niet-originele houten deuren en in de top een rond venster met rondom een rollaag waarin decoratieve ijzeren roeden. In de topgevel aan de achterzijde (oostgevel) een rond venster met rondom een rollaag waarin decoratieve ijzeren roeden. In de zuidgevel een opgeklampte houten deur onder rollaag en twee zesruits vensters onder rollaag.

Koetshuis van algemeen belang vanwege architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde:

The COACH HOUSE (1898) on a rectangular plan is erected in red brick and is covered by a gabled roof with grey cement tiles; tight wooden wind braces; two wooden corbels; weathervane.
In the top gable on the front (west gable) two secured non-original wooden doors and at the top a round window with around it a moulding with decorative iron rods. In the top gable on the rear (east gable) a round window with around it a moulding with decorative iron rods. In the south gable a secured wooden door under moulding and two six-pane windows under moulding.
