Inleiding
BOERDERIJ ANNEX KOETSHUIS met aangebouwde kas die in 1913 bij het huis "De Boschkamp" is gebouwd naar een ontwerp van de architect K.P.C. de Bazel in opdracht van H.C. Boll. De villa "De Boschkamp" is ook ontworpen door De Bazel maar na de Tweede Wereldoorlog ingrijpend verbouwd. De boerderij staat met de oostgevel aan de oprijlaan naar het nabij gelegen huis "De Boschkamp", de schuur ten noorden van de boerderij is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. Inwendig is de boerderij in verband met de functiewijziging naar woonhuis sterk gewijzigd.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het hallehuistype onder schilddak met een korte dwarsvleugel onder zadeldak links tegen de linker zijgevel (Z). De gevels zijn boven een trasraam van bruine baksteen opgetrokken in een geelbruine baksteen. De nokken van de met riet gedekte kappen zijn voorzien van oranje vorstpannen. De samengestelde vensters in de zijgevels (N en Z) en in de kleine dakkapellen hebben een roedenverdeling. Tegen de kopgevel (Z) van de dwarsvleugel is een kas aangebouwd. Centraal tegen de voorgevel (O) steunt een uit het dakschild naar voren stekende rietgedekte kap op twee dubbele houten kolommen die zijn verzonken in een hardstenen basis. In de gevel zijn de oorspronkelijke inrijdeuren van het koetshuis vervangen door nieuwe deuren en vensters. De muurdammen recht achter de dubbele kolommen zijn voorzien van een gemetselde kapiteelachtige bekroning.
De hoofdentree met (nieuwe) deur bevindt zich in de noordgevel rechts van een lage uitbouw onder het verlengde dakschild. In de grote dakkapel boven de deur in de zuidgevel was oorspronkelijk een hooiluik aangebracht. Aan weerszijden van de kas bevinden zich in de kopse gevel van de dwarsvleugel twee vierkante vierruits vensters. In de westgevel drie deuren met vierruits vensters.

Voormalige boerderij annex koetshuis van algemeen cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege:

Introduction
FARM HOUSE WITH ATTACHED COACH HOUSE and adjoining glasshouse built in 1913 next to the house "De Boschkamp" according to a design by architect K.P.C. de Bazel by order of H.C. Boll. The villa "De Boschkamp" was also designed by De Bazel but was radically altered after the Second World War. The farm house stands with its east facade on the driveway to the nearby house "De Boschkamp", the barn to the north of the farm house is of secondary importance for conservation purposes. Internally, the farm house has been substantially altered due to its change of function to residential use.
Description
Farm house of the hall-house type under a hipped roof with a short cross wing under a gabled roof against the left side facade (S). The facades above a plinth of tufa are laid in brown brick above a geelbrown brick. The ridges of the thatch-covered roofs are provided with orange frost tiles. The composite windows in the side facades (N and S) and in the small roof dormers have glazing bars. Against the end facade (S) of the cross wing a glasshouse is built. Central against the front facade (E) a thatch-covered canopy projecting from the roof panel rests on two double wooden columns set into a limestone base. In the facade the original carriage doors of the coach house have been replaced with new doors and windows. The wall piers immediately behind the double columns are provided with a mortared capital-like finish.
The main entrance with (new) door is situated in the north facade to the right of a low extension under the extended roof panel. In the large roof dormer above the door in the south facade, a hayloft opening was originally installed. On either side of the glasshouse, two square four-pane windows are found in the end facade of the cross wing. In the west facade three doors with four-pane windows.
Valuation
Former farm house with coach house of general cultural, architectural historical and urban planning importance because of:
