Links op het erf (voorzijde) en door een een manshoge mergelstenen muur met de boerderij (die is beschermd onder monumentnummer 30863) verbonden, staat een mergelstenen bijgebouw, op rechthoekige plattegrond, met getoogde dubbele inrijdeur (hout, opgeklampt) waarboven een jaartalsteen (18..) en een tweede deur met halfrond bovenlicht, en een derde deur waarboven twee luiken. Blinde achtergevel. Rechtergevel met venster en luik. Tegen de linkergevel een laag bakhuisje met zadeldak. Inwendig twee ovens met schoorsteen, wanden van vitselstek en schaarspant. Daken met oud-Hollandse pannen. Rechts van boerderij (beschermd onder monumentnummer 30863) een mergelstenen muur van enkele tientallen meters lang, meer dan manshoog en zodanig opgetrokken dat een hof is ontstaan".

On the left side of the farmyard (front side) and connected to the farmhouse (which is protected under monument number 30863) by a man-height mergelstone wall, stands a mergelstone outbuilding on a rectangular plan, with arched double carriage doors (wood, clamped down) above which a date stone (18..) and a second door with semicircular fanlight, and a third door with two shutters above it. Blind rear facade. Right-hand facade with window and shutter. Against the left-hand facade a low brick kitchen building with gabled roof. Internally two ovens with chimney, walls of wattle-and-daub and rafter trusses. Roofs with Old Dutch tiles. To the right of the farmhouse (protected under monument number 30863) a mergelstone wall several tens of metres long, more than man-height and constructed in such a way that a courtyard has been created.
