Waardering

Valuation

The former town hall with mayor's residence is of cultural-historical value as a notable expression of an administrative and typological development. The combination of town hall and mayor's residence is regarded as a rare and characteristic representative of a building type that was not unusual in rural areas at the beginning of the 20th century. The building possesses architectural-historical value because of the architectural style applied and the ornamentation. The building is finally of general importance on the grounds of the high degree of architectural integrity of the exterior and the typological and architectural-historical rarity.
