Inleiding
KORTGEVELBOERDERIJ uit 1867, in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl, met mogelijk oudere onderdelen in het gebint. Het woongedeelte is verbreed ca. 1900 en inwendig verbouwd na ca. 1950.
Omschrijving
De uit handvorm baksteen opgetrokken boerderij heeft een wolfdak, gedekt met riet en een voet van gesmoorde oud-Hollandse pannen. Het woongedeelte bezit in de voorgevel een opgeklampte voordeur met een bovenlicht met gietijzeren levensboom. Links bevinden zich in deze gevel een tweetal beluikte ramen met in de bovenlichten tweemaal vier en in de onderlichten driemaal vier roederaampjes. Rechts van de deur bevindt zich een negenruits schuifraam. Onder de dakvoet met een bakstenen tandlijst twee vierruits zolderlichten. Naast de voordeur een onleesbare gevelsteen en een ingemetseld terracotta reliëf van O.L. Vrouw ter Linde van Uden. In de linker zijgevel, welke rond 1930 meer naar buiten is opgetrokken, bevinden zich bolkozijnen met vierruits raampjes. De rechter zijgevel heeft een deur voor de geut, enige betonnen en een ijzeren stalraampje en een tweetal deeldeuren. De korte achtergevel en delen van de aansluitende zijgevels zijn opgetrokken uit cementsteen en rood geverfd.
In het bedrijfsgedeelte zijn de ankerbalkgebinten zichtbaar met slietenzoldering. Op de gebinten driehoeksspanten met gordingen.
Een deel van de grupstal is bij het woongedeelte getrokken, waarbij het gebint bewaard is gebleven. De vroegere herd is door tussenmuren verkleind, waarbij een een deel van de schouw bewaard bleef. In de gangmuur een etenskastje met openslaande paneeldeurtjes. Bakhuisje onder zadeldak, gedekt met oud-Hollandse pannen. Varkensstal uit cementsteen onder zadeldak. Op het erf drie snoeilinden en fruitbomen.
Waardering
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in het Peelgebied en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de kortgevelboerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het van belang vanwege de ornamentiek en bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. Het geheel heeft ensemblewaarden als bijzondere uitdrukking van de geografische ontwikkeling, tot uiting komend in de ligging ten opzichte van oude wegen en akkers. Het gebouw is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het in- en exterieur en is als zodanig zeldzaam.

SHORT-GABLED FARMHOUSE from 1867, in artisanal-traditional style, with possibly older components in the timber frame. The residential section was widened c. 1900 and internally remodelled after c. 1950.
Description
The farmhouse, built from handmade brick, has a half-hipped roof, covered with reed and a base of smothered old-Dutch tiles. The residential section has in the front facade a clamped front door with a fanlight with cast-iron tree of life. On the left are two shuttered windows in this facade with in the fanlights twice four and in the lower lights three times four glazing bars. To the right of the door is a nine-pane sash window. Below the eaves with a brick dentil moulding two four-pane attic lights. Next to the front door an illegible facade stone and an embedded terracotta relief of Our Lady of the Linden Tree of Uden. In the left side facade, which was pulled further out around 1930, are curved windows with four-pane panes. The right side facade has a door for the gutter, some concrete and an iron stable window and two half doors. The short rear facade and parts of the adjoining side facades are built from concrete brick and painted red.
In the business section the tie-beam timber frames are visible with tongue-and-groove flooring. On the frames triangular roof trusses with purlins.
Part of the cattle shed is connected to the residential section, with the timber frame preserved. The former hearth has been reduced by partition walls, with part of the chimney preserved. In the corridor wall an eating cupboard with opening panel doors. Bakehouse under gabled roof, covered with old-Dutch tiles. Pigsty built from concrete brick under gabled roof. On the farmyard three pollard lindens and fruit trees.
Valuation
The farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the Peel region and as an example of the typological development of the short-gabled farmhouse. Architecturally it is of significance because of the ornamentation and particular coherence between exterior and interior. The whole has ensemble values as a particular expression of geographical development, reflected in the location in relation to old roads and fields. The building is important because of the integrity of the interior and exterior and is as such rare.
