Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ in Ambachtelijk-traditionele trant, op rechthoekige plattegrond met krimpen, opgetrokken in één bouwlaag uit bruine bakstenen, met gele gevelbanden. Het woongedeelte staat onder een driezijdig schilddak met zwarte gegolfde Friese pannen, eenvoudige gootlijst en schoorsteen op de nokhoek; op het schuurgedeelte zet het dak zich voort, maar hier loopt het lager door en is het belegd met riet; uilebord en makelaar.
Het VOORHUIS bevat in de voorgevel twee iets naar rechts geplaatste H-vensters en een keldervenster; twee H-vensters in de rechterzijgevel en net vóór de krimp de voordeur; deur en vensters onder segmentboog in gele steen. Een houten schutting met daarin een deur, en met gekartelde bovenrand verbindt de rechterzijgevel met het stookhok.
In het SCHUURGEDEELTE meerdere stalraampjes; de gewijzigde achtergevel bevat centraal twee houten deuren met bovenlicht en links een dubbel venster met bovenlichten, alles onder rollaag; rechts een horizontaal zesruitvenster en een klein venster.
De indeling van het INTERIEUR is, op een deel van de schuur na, oorspronkelijk met een voorkamer, kelder en karnkamer. Waardevolle INTERIEURONDERDELEN zijn onder andere: bedstedenwand en diggelkast in de voorkamer; ingebouwde toonbank in de hal naast de ingang.
Waardering
De boerderij uit circa 1890 te Wouterswoude is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:
- als ruimtelijk en functioneel hoofdbestanddeel van het complex van boerderij, hooischuur, bijschuur en stookhok,
- als karakteristiek voorbeeld van een keuterij, verbonden met het sociaal-economisch verleden van Wouterswoude,
- vanwege de hoge mate van gaafheid van het exterieur,
- vanwege de hoge mate van gaafheid van het interieur en een aantal interieuronderdelen.

Description
FARMHOUSE in Craft-traditional style, on a rectangular floor plan with corner sections, built in one storey from brown bricks, with yellow facade bands. The dwelling section stands under a three-sided hipped roof with black corrugated Frisian tiles, simple gutter and chimney on the ridge corner; on the barn section the roof continues, but here it runs lower and is covered with thatch; strap board and tie beam.
The FRONT SECTION contains in the front facade two slightly right-positioned H-windows and a basement window; two H-windows in the right side facade and just in front of the corner section the front door; door and windows under segmental arch in yellow brick. A wooden fence with a door in it, and with crenellated upper edge connects the right side facade with the stoke house.
In the BARN SECTION multiple stable windows; the altered rear facade contains centrally two wooden doors with fanlight and on the left a double window with fanlights, all under a rollock arch; on the right a horizontal six-paned window and a small window.
The layout of the INTERIOR is, except for part of the barn, original with a front room, basement and churn room. Valuable INTERIOR COMPONENTS include among others: bedstead wall and salt chest in the front room; built-in counter in the hall next to the entrance.
Valuation
The farmhouse from circa 1890 at Wouterswoude is of general cultural-historical importance:
