Omschrijving complexonderdeel 1
De LANGHUISBOERDERIJ met detaillering in neorenaissancetrant bestaat uit een voor- en een achterhuis, ieder onder een eigen dak. Het voorhuis heeft een afgewolfd zadeldak gedekt met in patroon gelegde rode en blauwe muldenpannen met twee zinken pirons op de nokeinden. Het achterhuis dat iets lager is heeft een zadeldak gedekt met nieuwe betonpannen. Op de nok staan twee ventilatiekanalen.
De boerderij heeft een vier traveeën brede symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel. De begane grond is uitgevoerd in schoonmetselwerk in staandverband met horizontale banden in gele baksteen. De verdieping is gepleisterd en aan de bovenzijde voorzien van een latwerkbetimmering en heeft in schoonmetselwerk uitgespaarde strekken boven de vensters. Op de verdieping is links een tegeltableau met de naam 'Lagerwoerd' aangebracht en rechts een met 'ANNO 1902', voorts twee opvallende takvormige gevelankers.
Op de begane grond zijn in het midden twee schuifvensters voorzien van hele luiken onder een strek geplaatst, geflankeerd door een schuifvenster met halve luiken onder een ontlastingsboog en boogveld met decoratief metselwerk. Onder het rechtse, kleinere opkamervenster, is een kelderlicht met diefijzers en een luik aangebracht. Op de verdieping bevinden zich twee vensters met halve luiken.
De rechterzijgevel bevat twee kelderlichten als aan de voorzijde, de ingang tot de boerderij en twee schuifvensters met luiken. Alle luiken zijn geschilderd in een zandlopermotief van gebroken wit en donkerrood. De vensters in de linkerzijgevel zijn vernieuwd. Een deur geeft toegang tot het bakstenen boenhok onder een lessenaarsdak. In het boenhok bevindt zich de oorspronkelijke waterstookplaats.
De achtergevel heeft dubbele deeldeuren geflankeerd door een staldeur met daarboven een zolderluik. De zijgevels van het achterhuis bevatten vernieuwde stalvensters.
De kelder rechtsvoor in het voorhuis heeft een eenvoudig troggewelf en gemetselde pekelbakken. Boven de kelder is een opkamer met een tot doorgang en kast verbouwde bedstede. Op de voorzolder bevinden zich twee bedstedes.

Description complex component 1
The FARMHOUSE with detailing in neo-Renaissance style consists of a front and rear house, each under its own roof. The front house has a hipped gabled roof covered with red and blue pantiles laid in pattern with two zinc finials on the ridge ends. The rear house, which is somewhat lower, has a gabled roof covered with new concrete tiles. Two ventilation ducts stand on the ridge.
The farmhouse has a front facade four bays wide and symmetrically arranged. The ground floor is executed in exposed brickwork in running bond with horizontal bands in yellow brick. The upper storey is plastered and at the top fitted with timber latticework cladding and has exposed brickwork sections above the windows. On the upper storey on the left a tile panel with the name 'Lagerwoerd' is installed and on the right one with 'ANNO 1902', furthermore two striking branching-shaped wall anchors.
On the ground floor in the centre are two sash windows fitted with full shutters under a lintel, flanked by a sash window with half shutters under a relieving arch and arch field with decorative brickwork. Below the right, smaller chamber window, is a cellar light with theft bars and a hatch installed. On the upper storey there are two windows with half shutters.
The right side facade contains two cellar lights as on the front, the entrance to the farmhouse and two sash windows with shutters. All shutters are painted in a hourglass motif of broken white and dark red. The windows in the left side facade have been renewed. A door gives access to the brick scullery under a lean-to roof. In the scullery is the original water-heating place.
The rear facade has double divided doors flanked by a stable door with above it an attic hatch. The side facades of the rear house contain renewed stable windows.
The cellar at the front right of the front house has a simple barrel vault and mortared brine pans. Above the cellar is a chamber with a bed alcove converted to a passage and cupboard. On the front attic are two bed alcoves.
Valuation complex component 1
The farmhouse is of general importance due to its architectural-historical value as an example of a farmhouse, as well as due to the detailing in neo-Renaissance style, furthermore due to valuable interior elements such as a cellar with chamber and several bed alcoves in the farmhouse and an original water-heating place in the scullery. The farmhouse with the scullery together with the adjacent wagon shed forms a valuable complex within the farmstead row along Rietveld.
