Omschrijving
HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ opgetrokken in baksteen onder met pannen gedekt schilddak.
De gevel van het woonhuisgedeelte (N) is geaccentueerd met speklagen waardoor een chalet-achtige geveltop is ontstaan. In het pseudovakwerk zijn de naam- en jaartalvelden opgenomen.
Op de begane grond links van het midden de voordeur onder snijraam met aan weerszijden twee schuifvensters. Geheel rechts een doorrit. In de geveltop twee zesruits vensters. Alle gevelopeningen zijn verbonden door speklagen en hebben geaccentueerde aanzet- en sluitstenen. Ook de plaats van de wisseldorpels is geaccentueerd.
De overige gevels zijn zeer sober gehouden. De rechter zijgevel (W) heeft vijf getoogde gietijzeren stalramen.
De linker zijgevel (O) is opnieuw opgemetseld en voorzien van een rij betonnen stalramen. Ook de achterzijde is vernieuwd en voorzien van een moderne roldeur.

Boerderij van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege:

HALL-HOUSE FARMHOUSE constructed in brick under a pantile-clad hipped roof.
The gable of the dwelling-house section (N) is accentuated with band courses creating a chalet-like gable top. The name and date fields are incorporated in the pseudo half-timbering.
On the ground floor to the left of centre the front door under a cased opening with on either side two sash windows. Far right a carriageway. In the gable top two six-pane windows. All gable openings are connected by band courses and have accentuated setting-out and closing stones. The position of the alternating mullions is also accentuated.
The other facades are kept very austere. The right side gable (W) has five arched cast-iron stable windows.
The left side gable (E) has been rebuilt and provided with a row of concrete stable windows. The rear side has also been renewed and provided with a modern roller door.
