Omschrijving
De eenvoudige KOP-ROMPBOERDERIJ uit 1851 is in Ambachtelijk-traditionele trant opgetrokken in bruine handvormsteen. De kop met topgevel en nokschoorsteen onder zadeldak is gedekt met zwarte Hollandse pannen. Het zadeldak met wolfseind van het schuurgedeelte is aan de voorzijde gedekt met zwarte cementpannen, de overige schilden hebben een rietdekking; uileborden met door zwanen geflankeerde makelaars; grote staafankers in alle gevels en vlechtingen in de voor- en achtergevel van de schuur.
In het woongedeelte staan de vensters met bovenlicht onder strekken, in de zuidgevel onder rollagen. In de noordgevel is een (nieuwe) deur en in de voorgevel van de schuur een entree met opgeklampte horizontaal gedeelde deur onder vierruits bovenlicht. In de noordgevel van de schuur is een dubbel zesruits schuifvenster; in de zijgevels negenruitsvensters onder rollagen en getoogde stalvensters met sierroedeverdeling. De achtergevel heeft een grote dubbele deeldeur en zesruits rondboogvensters met diefijzers aan de binnenzijde.
Waardering
De kop-rompboerderij uit 1851 is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang:

Description
The simple HEAD-AND-BODY FARMHOUSE from 1851 is constructed in a craftsman-traditional manner in brown handmade brick. The head with gable end and ridge chimney under a gabled roof is covered with black Dutch roof tiles. The gabled roof with half-hipped end of the barn section is covered on the front with black cement tiles, the remaining sections have thatch; owl boards with makelaars flanked by swans; large rod anchors in all facades and interlaced brickwork in the front and rear facades of the barn.
In the residential section the windows with fanlights stand under lintels, in the south facade under rollers. In the north facade is a (new) door and in the front facade of the barn an entrance with clamped horizontally divided door under a four-pane fanlight. In the north facade of the barn is a double six-pane sash window; in the side facades nine-pane windows under rollers and arched stable windows with decorative glazing bars. The rear facade has a large double panel door and six-pane semicircular arch windows with anti-theft bars on the inside.
Valuation
The head-and-body farmhouse from 1851 is of general cultural and architectural-historical significance:
