Inleiding:
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ uit het derde kwart van de 19e eeuw. De voor- of westgevel staat aan de Sint-Oedenrodenseweg.
Omschrijving:
De boerderij heeft een wolfdak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband met cementen plint. De voordeur wordt geflankeerd door vijftien-ruits schuifvensters met luiken. Het bovenlicht van de voordeur heeft een geometrische roedeverdeling. De kelder met erboven de opkamer bevindt zich aan de voorkant van de boerderij en wel in het midden van de gevel naast de stal. Rechts van het woongedeelte een kamer met groot vierdelig raam met kleine roedenverdeling, dat licht geeft in een mogelijk later aangebouwde werkplaats. Deze heeft in de zijgevel een ingang met ongedeeld bovenlicht en een raam met klein roedenverdeling. Op het erf een drietal hoogstam-fruitbomen en een notenboom.
Waardering:
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in Noord-Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang als voorbeeld van een eenvoudige keuterij, die deels later is gewijzigd voor de inbouw van een bedrijfsruimte. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en is als zodanig langzamerhand zeldzaam geworden.

LONG-GABLED FARMHOUSE from the third quarter of the 19th century. The front or west gable stands on the Sint-Oedenrodenseweg.
Description:
The farmhouse has a half-hipped roof covered with improved Dutch tiles. The gables are constructed from hand-formed brickwork laid in English bond with cement plinth. The front door is flanked by fifteen-pane sash windows with shutters. The fanlight of the front door has a geometric glazing pattern. The cellar with the chamber room above it is located at the front of the farmhouse, namely in the middle of the gable next to the stable. To the right of the living quarters a room with large four-part window with fine glazing bars, which provides light to a possibly later-built workshop. This has an entrance in the side gable with undivided fanlight and a window with small glazing pattern. On the property three standard fruit trees and a walnut tree.
Valuation:
The farmhouse is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical value as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in North Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse. From an architectural-historical perspective the property is of value as an example of a simple smallholding, which was partly later modified for the incorporation of business space.
