Inleiding
19de-eeuws bakhuis annex varkensstal met ouder gebintstelsel. Een van de tuitgevels is bij een storm in 1973 verloren gegaan.
Omschrijving
Bakstenen bakhuis annex varkensstal onder zadeldak, gedekt met bouletpannen en golfplaat (niet origineel). Tuitgevel met natuurstenen tuitstukken. Centrale deur, aan weerszijden een zesruits venster met vast kalf, alle onder anderhalfsteens strekken. In de top een ijzeren vijflobbig rozetvenster. Opgeklampte staldeuren. IJzeren stalvensters. Inwendig ouder, relatief zwaar en daarom vermoedelijk hergebruikt, gebintstelsel.
Waardering
Bakhuis annex varkensstal van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundige belang:
- als karakteristiek onderdeel van het boerenerf;
- vanwege de samenhang met de andere gebouwen op het erf.

19th-century bakehouse annex pigsty with older timber frame structure. One of the spout gables was lost in a storm in 1973.
Description
Brick bakehouse annex pigsty under gabled roof, covered with bullet tiles and corrugated sheeting (not original). Spout gable with natural stone spout elements. Central door, on either side a six-pane window with fixed light, all under one-and-a-half-brick stretchers. In the top an iron five-lobed rose window. Clamped stable doors. Iron stable windows. Internally older, relatively heavy and therefore presumably reused, timber frame structure.

Bakehouse annex pigsty of general cultural-historical and urban-planning importance:
