BOERDERIJ uit het derde kwart van de 19de eeuw, behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Morren. De boerderij ligt rechts naast de entree naar het landgoed en is gebouwd in baksteen onder een wolfsdak. In de voorgevel die naar de straat gericht is bevinden zich van links naar rechts een deur met bovenlicht, twee schuifvensters met luiken, een deur met bovenlicht, een schuifvenster met luiken. Geheel rechts bevindt zich een kelderlicht. Onder het wolfseind bevindt zich een klein venster. In de zijgevels diverse vensters uit verschillende perioden. In de achtergevel staldeur.

FARMHOUSE from the third quarter of the 19th century, belonging to the historic country estate Morren. The farmhouse is located to the right of the entrance to the estate and is built of brick under a half-hipped roof. In the front facade facing the street are from left to right a door with fanlight, two sash windows with shutters, a door with fanlight, a sash window with shutters.
