VOORMALIG KOETSHUIS Het voormalige koetshuis van het landgoed Klarenbeek werd gebouwd in 1841. Het is tegenwoordig gesplitst in eigendom en gebruik en deels voor bewoning geschikt gemaakt. Het gebouw ligt gedraaid ten opzichte van de Zuiderzeestraatweg, rechts van het hoofdgebouw. Met name de kopgevel gericht naar het hoofdgebouw vervult een ornamentele rol in de aanleg. Het pand bestaat uit een rechthoekige bouwmassa van één laag onder een zadeldak, gedekt met blauwe oud-Hollandse pannen en voorzien van geprofileerde windveren. De gevels zijn wit gepleisterd en voorzien van een grijze plint. De kopgevel aan de zijde van het hoofdgebouw is voorzien van verspringende blokken op de hoeken, een lijst ter hoogte van de vloer van de kapverdieping en diverse rondboogvensters van verschillend formaat. De andere kopgevel heeft een met hout beklede top, waarin twee rondboogvensters. In één van de zijgevels zijn de grote inrijdeuren nog aanwezig, verder verschillende deuren en schuifvensters met roedenverdeling.
WAARDERING Het pand is vanwege de ensemblewaarde, de ornamentele waarde en de ouderdom beschermenswaardig.

FORMER CARRIAGE HOUSE The former carriage house of the Klarenbeek estate was built in 1841. It is currently split in ownership and use and has been partly converted for residential purposes. The building is positioned at an angle to the Zuiderzeestraatweg, to the right of the main building. In particular, the gable facing the main building fulfils an ornamental role in the layout. The property consists of a rectangular building mass of one storey under a gabled roof, covered with blue traditional Dutch tiles and furnished with moulded wind braces. The facades are whitewashed and provided with a grey plinth. The gable at the side of the main building is provided with stepped blocks at the corners, a cornice at the height of the roof storey floor and various semicircular windows of different sizes. The other gable has a timber-clad top, in which two semicircular windows. In one of the side facades the large carriage doors are still present, further various doors and sash windows with glazing bars.
VALUATION The property is worthy of protection due to its ensemble value, ornamental value and age.
