Omschrijving
BOSWACHTERSWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats De Ulenpas. Aan de oprijlaan een boswachterswoning (voormalige rentmeesterswoning) uit ca.1870. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt, overstekend zadeldak met windveren en hoekkorbelen. Twee gemetselde schoorstenen. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft een deur met vierruits bovenlicht en vijftienruits schuifvensters. Op de verdieping meerruits draaivensters. Voor de gevel een veranda bestaande uit een houten constructie met opengewerkt latwerk. De muur om de veranda is niet-oorspronkelijk.

Description
FORESTER'S HOUSE belonging to the country estate De Ulenpas. On the carriage drive a forester's house (former steward's house) from circa 1870. The brick building constructed on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with muffled Dutch tiles with wind braces and corner corbels, overstretching. Two mortared chimneys. The symmetrically arranged front facade has a door with four-pane fanlight and fifteen-pane sash windows. On the upper floor multi-pane casement windows. In front of the facade a veranda consisting of a wooden structure with open-work latticework. The wall around the veranda is non-original.
