Omschrijving onderdeel 10:
Geheel ten zuiden van het slot Loenersloot gelegen LANGHUISBOERDERIJ uit ca. 1880. De boerderij heeft een T-vormige plattegrond en bestaat uit een woonhuis en stalgedeelte. Het deels onderkelderde woongedeelte is één bouwlaag hoog en wordt overkapt door een met rode pannen gedekt schilddak met overstek en windveren. Het haaks op het woongedeelte gelegen stalgedeelte wordt overkapt door een zadeldak. Aan weerszijden van de stal bevindt zich een kleine uitbouw onder een plat dak; stalruimte die omstreeks 1930 -?- als keuken bij het woongedeelte werd toegevoegd. De boerderij heeft een onregelmatige venster- en deurindeling. De regelmatig ingedeelde achtergevel (west) heeft baanderdeuren met aan weerszijden een getoogd stalraampje en een getoogde mestdeur, waarboven een hooiluik. De bij de boerderij behorende schuren en stallen en berg zijn voor de bescherming van rijkswege wegens te geringe monumentale waarden niet van belang. Interieur: De boerderij heeft de oorspronkelijke indeling in woon- en schuurgedeelte. Het eenvoudige interieur is in de loop der tijd enigszins gemoderniseerd.

Description component 10:
Long-house farmhouse dating from circa 1880, located entirely to the south of Loenersloot castle. The farmhouse has a T-shaped floor plan and consists of a dwelling house and stalling section. The partly cellared dwelling section is one storey high and is covered by a red tile hipped roof with overhang and wind vanes. The stalling section situated at right angles to the dwelling section is covered by a gabled roof. On either side of the barn there is a small outbuilding with a flat roof; stalling space which around 1930 was added as a kitchen to the dwelling section. The farmhouse has an irregular window and door arrangement. The regularly arranged rear facade (west) has glazed barn doors with on either side an arched stable window and an arched manure door, above which a hayloft door. The barns, stalls and storage buildings belonging to the farmhouse are not relevant to national protection due to insufficient monumental value. Interior: The farmhouse has the original division into dwelling and barn section. The simple interior has been somewhat modernised over time.
