Hoge, 19de-eeuwse bakstenen KEERMUUR, staande voor de recent gerestaureerde laat 19de-eeuwse houten brug van de voormalige voorburcht naar het kasteeleiland. De muur bestaat uit twee bakstenen pijlers met op elk een 18de-eeuwse natuurstenen wapendragende griffioen. Tussen de pijlers heeft zich oorspronkelijk een hek bevonden. Aan de linker- en rechterzijde van de pijlers loopt een kwartronde bakstenen keermuur afgedekt door deels een ezelsrug en deels natuurstenen afdekplaten. De 19de-eeuwse pijlers zijn vermoedelijk een reconstructie van pijlers (waarop wapendragende griffioenen) die op een aantal vroeg 18de-eeuwse tekeningen worden weergegeven.

High, 19th-century brick RETAINING WALL, standing in front of the recently restored late 19th-century wooden bridge from the former foreground to the castle island. The wall consists of two brick piers each with an 18th-century natural stone coat-of-arms bearing griffon. Originally a gate stood between the piers. To the left and right of the piers runs a quarter-circle brick retaining wall topped in part by a half-round moulding and in part by natural stone capping plates. The 19th-century piers are presumed to be a reconstruction of piers (on which coat-of-arms bearing griffons stood) that are shown on a number of early 18th-century drawings.
Valuation
RETAINING WALL belonging to the country estate Loenersloot is of general importance:
