Inleiding
TOEGANGSPOORT die is opgenomen in tuindorp 't Lansink, dat werd ontworpen in opdracht van de Hengelosche Bouwvereniging die in 1867 door de fa. Gebr. Stork en Co. was opgericht. In de periode 1911-1929 werd in drie fases door Karel Muller, P.H. Wattez en L.A. Springer aan de ontwerpen van 't Lansink gewerkt. Na 1945 voegden A.K. Beudt en Van Broekhuizen een laatste deel aan het tuindorp toe. Model voor 't Lansink stonden de Engelse tuindorpen. In de architectuur is naast hoofdzakelijk Engelse invloed ook sprake van Duitse elementen. In Nederland is het tuindorp uniek dankzij de gaafheid van de aanwezige aanleg, groenstructuur en architectuur. De poort verleende toegang tot erve 't Lansink, het boerenerf waarop het tuindorp is gebouwd waarnaar het is vernoemd. De poort is gesitueerd tussen twee woonhuizen aan de C.T Storkstraat, één van de toegangswegen tot het centrum van tuindorp 't Lansink. Rechts sluit de poort aan op een zandstenen muurtje, dat dient als erfscheiding van het daarachter gelegen huis.
Omschrijving
Op pijlers van blokken zandsteen met platte dekstenen staat een houten korfboog, met trekbalk en makelaar, onder een met rode platte Friese pannen gedekt zadeldakje.
Waardering
De toegangspoort is van cultuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:

Introduction
ACCESS GATE incorporated in garden village 't Lansink, which was designed on behalf of the Hengelose Building Association, established in 1867 by the firm Gebr. Stork and Co. In the period 1911-1929 the designs for 't Lansink were developed in three phases by Karel Muller, P.H. Wattez and L.A. Springer. After 1945, A.K. Beudt and Van Broekhuizen added a final section to the garden village. The English garden villages served as a model for 't Lansink. In the architecture, alongside predominantly English influence, German elements are also present. In the Netherlands, the garden village is unique thanks to the integrity of the existing layout, green structure and architecture. The gate provided access to erve 't Lansink, the farm estate on which the garden village was built and after which it is named. The gate is situated between two residential houses on C.T Storkstraat, one of the access roads to the centre of garden village 't Lansink. On the right, the gate adjoins a small sandstone wall, which serves as the boundary of the house behind it.

On pillars of sandstone blocks with flat coping stones stands a wooden basket arch, with a tie beam and collar tie, under a gabled roof covered with red flat Frisian tiles.
