Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING MET WERKPLAATS. Het rechthoekige, verdiepingloze gebouw waarin rechts de werkplaats en links de dienstwoning, is opgetrokken in baksteen op een gepleisterde plint en wordt gedekt met een zadeldak belegd met tuile du Nordpannen.
In de gevels rechtgesloten vensters met zesruitsbovenlichten onder gepleisterde lateien. De werkplaats heeft een dubbele toegangsdeur met bovenlicht. De topgevel van het woongedeelte is beschoten. De langsgevels worden beëindigd met een bakgoot op klossen.

SERVICE DWELLING WITH WORKSHOP. The rectangular, single-storey building in which the workshop is on the right and the dwelling on the left is constructed in brick on a rendered plinth and is covered with a gabled roof laid with tuile du Nord tiles.
In the facades flush windows with six-light fanlights under rendered lintels. The workshop has a double entrance door with fanlight. The gable end of the residential section is boarded. The longitudinal facades are terminated with a gutter on corbels.
