Omschrijving
Het samengestelde bouwvolume van het HOTEL is over twee bouwlagen in rode baksteen opgetrokken onder een samengesteld schilddak met antracietgrijze Hollandse pannen. Het schilddak is voorzien van een ver overstekende gootlijst op klampen en dakkapellen met zesruits vensters in verschillende samenstelling. De gevels zijn geleed door combinaties van achtruits kozijnen met en zonder vierruits bovenlichten.
Tegen de zuidgevel van het hotel staat een torentje van drie bouwlagen onder een steil tentdak met leien. Op het tentdak staat een met koper gedekte dakruiter, met aan alle zijden wijzerplaten en galmborden. De toegang tot het hotel is in de oostgevel van de toren geplaatst onder een lessenaardakje met leien. De deur wordt bereikt via een gemetselde trap en een bordes in de hoek van de toren en het verbindingslid tussen hotel en kleuterschool. De smeedijzeren trapleuning is geplaatst op een gemetseld muurtje met een zandstenen dekplaat.
De zuidwest-hoek van het hotel wordt benadrukt door een terugwijkend bouwvolume met daarvoor een verhoogd terras. Om het verhoogde terras is een muurtje gemetseld dat aan de C.T. Storkstraat (Z) aansluit op de gevel van de toren en aan het C.T. Storkplein (W) op de gevel van het hotel. De trap naar het terras bevindt zich aan het plein. De gootlijst op klampen tussen de begane grond en verdieping van het terugliggende deel herinnert aan de tijd dat het hotel één bouwlaag hoog was. Aan de achterzijde (N) bevinden zich platte aanbouwen over één en twee bouwlagen.
In het hotel zijn onder meer nog enkele oorspronkelijke lambrizeringen, een pantry en trapleuning bewaard gebleven. In het torentje staat het oorspronkelijke uurwerk.

Hotel 't Lansink is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:

Description
The composite building volume of the HOTEL is constructed over two storeys in red brick under a composite hipped roof with anthracite-grey Dutch tiles. The hipped roof is fitted with a far-projecting cornice on corbels and roof dormers with six-pane windows in various configurations. The gables are articulated by combinations of eight-pane frames with and without four-pane fanlights.
Against the south gable of the hotel stands a tower of three storeys under a steep tent roof with slates. On the tent roof stands a copper-clad roof turret, with clock faces and gable boards on all sides. The entrance to the hotel is placed in the east gable of the tower under a small lean-to roof with slates. The door is reached via a brick stair and landing in the corner of the tower and the connecting link between hotel and kindergarten. The wrought-iron stair railing is placed on a brick wall with a sandstone coping.
The southwest corner of the hotel is emphasized by a recessed building volume with in front of it a raised terrace. Around the raised terrace is a brick wall that on C.T. Storkstraat (S) connects to the gable of the tower and on C.T. Storkplein (W) to the gable of the hotel. The stair to the terrace is located at the square. The cornice on corbels between the ground floor and first floor of the recessed section recalls the time when the hotel was one storey high. On the rear (N) there are flat extensions over one and two storeys.
In the hotel several original wainscotings, a pantry and stair railing have been preserved. In the tower stands the original clock mechanism.
