Omschrijving
Inleiding Aan noordzijde van de Rijperweg gelegen STOLPBOERDERIJ van het Noordhollandse type, gebouwd rond 1885 met elementen van de neo-renaissance. De boerderij is na restauratie in gebruik als woonhuis. Daartoe zijn in de achtergevel (korte regel) en in de darswand grotere vensters gemaakt en is de darsdeur vervangen door deuren met glaspanelen. Dit alles heeft het monumentale karakter van de boerderij niet geschaad.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde stolpboerderij onder schilddak met op het voorste dakschild een zwarte geglazuurde Friese golfpan en op de overige dakschilden een zwarte geglazuurde Hollandse pan. De noklijn van de kap staat haaks op de straat. De inwendige houten draagconstructie bestaat uit een enkel vierkant. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met natuursteen ter decoratie. De achtergevel is gepleisterd en voorzien van snijvoegen. De voorgevel is symmetrisch, telt zes vensterassen, heeft lisenen op de hoeken en een risalerende middenpartij. Deze middenpartij telt twee vensterassen en heeft twee bouwlagen onder flauw hellend, overstekend en haaks op het schilddak geplaatst zadeldak met gladde windveren. De middenpartij heeft op parterre en verdieping twee zesruits schuifvensters. De flankerende gevelvlakken worden elk afgesloten door een houten hoofdgestel. Het geveldeel rechts (O) van de middenpartij heeft twee zesruits schuifvensters, het geveldeel links van de middenpartij heeft een zesruitsschuifvenster en naast de middenpartij een beglaasde paneeldeur met sierlijk gesmeed harnas en drieruits bovenlicht. Description
Stolpboerderij built on a rectangular plan under a hipped roof with a black glazed Frisian barrel tile on the front roof slope and black glazed Dutch tiles on the remaining roof slopes. The ridge line of the roof truss stands perpendicular to the street. The internal wooden load-bearing structure consists of a single square. The masonry is built in red brick with natural stone for decoration. The rear facade is rendered and provided with cut joints. The front facade is symmetrical, has six window bays, features pilasters at the corners and a projecting central section. This central section has two window bays and has two storeys under a shallow-pitched, overhanging and perpendicular to the hipped roof placed gabled roof with smooth wind braces.
