Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING. In de zuidhoek van de aanleg gelegen voormalige dienstwoning uit 1895 (zie gedenksteen). Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken witgepleisterde pand met grijze plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag met een kapverdieping onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt mansardedak voorzien van windveren in krulmotief en een makelaar. Op de nokeinden staan twee gemetselde schoorstenen. De voorgevel (straatzijde) bestaat uit vier traveeën voorzien van drie zesruits schuifvensters met luiken en een a-symmetrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met bovenlicht en daarboven een dakkapel met klauwstukken.

Description
SERVANT'S HOUSE. Located in the south corner of the grounds, a former servant's house from 1895 (see memorial stone). The building on a rectangular foundation, rendered white with a grey plinth, consists of one storey with a roof space storey under a mansard roof covered with Old Dutch tiles furnished with wind vanes in a curled motif and a moulded finial. Two brick chimneys stand on the ridge ends. The front facade (street side) consists of four bays furnished with three six-pane sash windows with shutters and an asymmetrically placed entrance door with a fanlight and above it a roof dormer with klauwstukken.
