Inleiding
Boerderij van ca. 1915 in neo-renaissance stijl, met enkele Nieuwe Kunst kenmerken, deel uitmakend van en karakteristiek voor de oorspronkelijke agrarische structuur van Roswinkel.
De bedrijfsgevel is gewijzigd. De inrit is gemoderniseerd. De bescherming betreft de totale hoofdvorm en het exterieur en de detaillering van het woongedeelte.
Omschrijving
Boerderij van het krimpentype opgetrokken in baksteen vanaf een gepleisterde plint onder een aan de deelzijde afgewolfd zadeldak, boven het woongedeelte gedekt met gegolfde friese pannen en boven het bedrijfsgedeelte met muldenpannen. Op de nok van het woongedeelte twee schoorstenen.
In het woongedeelte worden de gevels beëindigd door kroonlijsten. Gepleisterde speklagen ter hoogte van onder-, wissel- en bovendorpels. De gevelopeningen zijn allen afgesloten met een segmentboogvormige strek tussen gepleisterde aanzetstenen. In de boogtrommels geschilderd een wapen en twee S-voluten. De vensters zijn schuivend en hebben glas-in-lood in de bovenlichten.
In de symmetrische voorgevel centraal een portiek tussen lisenen, eindigend in een rondboog. In de portiek een dubbele paneeldeur met glas-in-lood in het bovenlicht. Op de verdieping een balkonpartij, eindigend in een dakkapel onder zadeldak en met tuitgevel. Balkon op consoles en met houten balustrade. In het rondboog spaarveld een dubbele draaiende glasdeur met bovenlicht. In de gepleisterde boogtrommel een geschilderde opkomende zon. Tuitgevel met dekplaten en tuitstukken van natuursteen. Aan weerskanten van de middenpartij twee vensterassen met op de begane grond een schuifvenster en op de verdieping een mezzaninovenster.
In de linkerzijgevel drie schuifvenster, twee dichter bij elkaar geplaatst. In de kopgevel van de krimp een venster met rechtgesloten bovenlicht. Op de hoek van de krimp een modern kozijn en deur. In het stalgedeelte deels gewijzigde of dichtgezette stalramen, van verschillende data.
De rechterzijgevel heeft in het woongedeelte vijf schuifvensters. In de kopgevel van de krimp een inrit onder segmentboog. Bij het stalgedeelte zijn de onderste rijen pannen vervangen door transparante golfplaat. In de gevel acht liggende zesruits stalramen met segmentboog.
Onder het wolfeinde van de bedrijfsgevel twee rijen van drie en vier liggende zesruits stalramen met segmentboog.

Description
Farmhouse of the compressed type constructed in brick from a rendered plinth under a gabled roof with a half-hipped end at the side section, above the residential section covered with corrugated Frisian tiles and above the business section with pantiles. On the ridge of the residential section two chimneys.
In the residential section the façades are terminated by cornices. Rendered strips at the height of lower, intermediate and upper sills. The façade openings are all closed with a segmental arch frame between rendered ashlars. In the arch tympana painted a coat of arms and two S-volutes. The windows are sliding and have leaded glass in the fanlights.
In the symmetrical front façade centrally a portico between pilasters, ending in a round arch. In the portico a double panelled door with leaded glass in the fanlight. On the upper storey a balcony section, ending in a dormer window under a gabled roof and with a spout gable. Balcony on consoles and with wooden balustrade. In the round arch spandrel a double casement glass door with fanlight. In the rendered arch tympanum a painted rising sun. Spout gable with natural stone coping stones and spout stones. On either side of the central section two window axes with on the ground floor a sliding window and on the upper storey a mezzanine window.
In the left side façade three sliding windows, two placed closer together. In the end gable of the compressed section a window with square-headed fanlight. On the corner of the compressed section a modern window and door. In the stable section partly altered or blocked stable windows, from different periods.
The right side façade has in the residential section five sliding windows. In the end gable of the compressed section a carriage entrance under a segmental arch. At the stable section the lower rows of tiles have been replaced by transparent corrugated sheeting. In the façade eight horizontal six-pane stable windows with segmental arch.
Under the half-hipped end of the business façade two rows of three and four horizontal six-pane stable windows with segmental arch.
