Vermoedelijk laat-19de-eeuwse droogschuur, in 1939 als 'eekschuur' (oorspronkelijk gebouwd als droogschuur voor eikenschors) opgekocht van baron van Heeckeren van Kell in Ruurlo en ten oosten van de schuur, die eveneens bij het boerderijcomplex behoort, opgebouwd. De droogschuur werd in gebruik genomen als tasschuur en wordt thans ook gebruikt als wagenschuur. De een bouwlaag hoge schuur op rechthoekige grondslag is aan alle zijden open (de zuidzijde is thans -1999- afgesloten met golfplaten) en bestaat uit vijf ankerbalkgebinten die een zadeldak dragen dat gedekt is met rode Hollandse pannen.

De DROOGSCHUUR, deel uitmakende van het boerderijcomplex Uenk, is van architectuurhistorisch, cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:

Presumably late 19th-century drying shed, purchased in 1939 as an 'oak-bark shed' (originally built as a drying shed for oak bark) from Baron van Heeckeren van Kell in Ruurlo and erected east of the barn, which also belongs to the farm complex. The drying shed was brought into use as a hay shed and is now also used as a wagon shed. The one-storey high shed on rectangular plan is open on all sides (the south side is now, in 1999, closed with corrugated sheets) and consists of five anchor beam frames that support a gabled roof tiled with red Dutch tiles.

The DRYING SHED, forming part of the Uenk farm complex, is of architectural-historical, cultural-historical and urban-planning importance:
