Omschrijving
PRIEEL gebouwd omstreeks 1915 bij de Allersmaborg. Pand heeft rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door Lessenaarsdak bekleed met bitumen; vloer is van beton. Noord-, oost- en westgevel zijn opgemetseld van rode baksteen en zijn aan de binnenkant gepleisterd. Zuidgevel is geheel opengewerkt; op hoeken een houten stijl en in het midden twee; tussen stijlen, behalve in het midden, een houten balustrade; onder dakrand een rand van vakwerk van hout.
Waardering
Houten prieel bij de Allersmaborg van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:

PRIVET built circa 1915 at the Allersmaborg. Building has a rectangular plan and is covered by a lean-to roof clad with bitumen; floor is of concrete. North, east and west facades are built up of red brick and are plastered on the inside. South facade is entirely open-worked; at corners a wooden post and in the middle two; between posts, except in the middle, a wooden balustrade; below the roof edge a band of timber framing.
