The residence and the intermediate section are constructed over two storeys, the residence beneath a hipped/gabled roof covered with curved tiles, the intermediate section with a flat roof.
In the recessed intermediate section on the ground floor is situated the entrance, a part-glazed panel door with segmental arch fanlight, with step. On the upper storey double balcony doors with fanlight giving onto a wooden balcony on corbels. The residence has on both storeys two T-shaped casement sash windows beneath segmental arch sills. In the roof slope, against the cornice, a roof dormer with pediment and double pivoting window.
